[/vc_column_text][mk_divider][vc_wp_text]Applications for the Black Scholars Matter Initiative are now open!Humans Against Poor Scholarship, in partnership with Âé¶¹Ö±²¥, is offering grants of $1,000 to Black undergraduate students in their junior or senior year of study, in order to help cover the costs of attending the Âé¶¹Ö±²¥ annual meeting (Chicago, November 17th-20th 2021). Two grants of $1,000 are available (one provided from H.A.P.S. funds, and one matched by Âé¶¹Ö±²¥). In addition, thanks to a generous partnership with Âé¶¹Ö±²¥, one year’s conference registration, and a two-year student membership to Âé¶¹Ö±²¥ will also be awarded to the two successful applicants.

Applications can be submitted via that H.A.P.S. website, and will be accepted until May 14th 2021:Â
