[/vc_column_text][vc_column_text]The Honors and Awards Committee is an Â鶹ֱ²¥ standing committee with a three-year opening for one new member. Â鶹ֱ²¥ invites nominations, including self-nominations, from Â鶹ֱ²¥ members who are interested in being considered by the committee for this opening.
The Honors and Awards Committee is currently chaired by Laura Mazow. The Â鶹ֱ²¥ Bylaws state: This committee [Honors and Awards] will oversee all Â鶹ֱ²¥ honors. As the name suggests, this committee oversees Â鶹ֱ²¥â€™s efforts to recognize and reward individuals who have demonstrated notable service to the organization, as well as those who have produced exceptional recent scholarship (books and posters).
