Materials must be RECEIVED by end of day on the following dates unless otherwise noted. All materials must be submitted online via the appropriate web form on the Â鶹ֱ²¥ website unless otherwise noted.
Â鶹ֱ²¥â€™s 2023 Annual Meeting will take place November 15–18 at the Hilton Chicago. Instead of holding a separate virtual component at a different time, the meeting in November will be hybrid with both virtual and in-person participation.
All sessions (and workshops, when feasible) will be able to include both in-person presentations in Chicago and virtual presentations online via Zoom. Click here to learn more about the hybrid format.
| Â鶹ֱ²¥ 2023 Annual Meeting: Important Dates and Deadlines | |
| January 15, 2023 | New Member-Organized Session or Workshop Proposal Form due to the Program Committee. |
| February 6-10, 2023 | The Program Committee’s decisions will be conveyd by the Â鶹ֱ²¥ office to those who proposed new Member-Organized Sessions and Workshops. |
| February 15, 2023 | Call for Papers to post, and Online Abstract Management System to open for paper submissions. |
| March 15, 2023 | Deadline to submit abstracts for paper and workshop presentation proposals. Meeting registration and Â鶹ֱ²¥ Academic Membership are required to submit a proposal. |
| April 1, 2023 | Final Deadline for paper abstracts and workshop presentation proposals. A fee of $25 applies to late abstracts submitted during the grace period (March 16-April 1). The fee will be waived for abstracts that were solicited by a session chair. |
| April 10, 2023 | Deadline for Session Chairs to submit online reviews (round one) of paper proposals. |
| May 1, 2023 | Call for Posters Opens. |
| April 23, 2023 | Deadline for Session Chairs to submit online reviews (round two) of paper proposals. |
| May 1, 2023 | Session Chair deadline to provide schedule and abstract instructions to Â鶹ֱ²¥ office. |
| May 15, 2023 | Paper proposal decisions (acceptance, rejections*, wait-list) to be sent by e-mail from Â鶹ֱ²¥ to the individual who submitted the proposal.
*Upon request, Â鶹ֱ²¥ will refund registration fees in full to individuals whose papers are not accepted to the program. |
| August 1, 2023 | Poster Deadline: Deadline to submit a poster abstract via Â鶹ֱ²¥’s Online Abstract Management System. |
| September 1, 2023 | Deadline to make changes to your program listing (affiliation, necessary content changes, etc.) |
| September 15, 2023 | Deadline to request a refund of your Annual Meeting registration fees in writing to programs@asor.org. A $75 administrative fee will be assessed per registration. |
