If you have any problems receiving the discounted rate, please call Â鶹ֱ²¥ member services at 617-236-0408 or e-mail membership@asor.org. Alternatively, you may submit the printable registration (see above) to the Â鶹ֱ²¥ office.
Special Notice Regarding U. S. Travel Restrictions
Â鶹ֱ²¥ understands that U. S. travel restrictions on immigrant and non-immigrant citizens of Iran, Libya, Somalia, Sudan, Syria and Yemen may be in place in November, making it difficult for colleagues from these countries to attend the Annual Meeting. If you are concerned about registering in advance for the Annual Meeting because of potential travel restrictions, Â鶹ֱ²¥ will work with you to permit registrations at the reduced Early-Bird rate closer to the meeting. For more information and/or to make a request, please write to Arlene Press (meetings@asor.org).
Refund Policy
All refunds must be requested in writing by September 15, 2018. A $75 administrative fee will be assessed per registration. Refunds may be processed after the meeting and will be issued by February 14, 2019.
Registration Desk Onsite
The Â鶹ֱ²¥ registration desk will be centrally located at the meeting. All those pre-registered should come to the Â鶹ֱ²¥ registration desk to pick up their name badge and the final meeting program, which will include the abstract book.
